For years I have been obsessing wiht Alfred Jarry - a proto-dadaist who anticipates the finest things 20 century art with Duchamps, dada, futurism and others have to offer. Due to his unsustainable life style - inspite of being a heavy biker - he died in his early thirties of drugs (PERPETUAL MOTION FOOD), absinth, and madness. Hence, he left many of his literary / artistic projects unfinsihed. .This is where I try to take up traces and crumbs to continue a nearly forgotten legacy.

In order to revive PERPETUAL MOTION FOOD, I'm sponsoring the german bicycle duo: Holm and Julia bicycling from Stuttgart

Germany to New Zealand: a many months long trip, longer then hte 10.000 Miles race, Alfred Jarry was writing of in 1903.

Alfred Jarry was a big bicyclist who stole his very expensive bicycle, had Jesus Christ race uphill for cruxification, and made his "supermale" hero race 10,000 miles against a train fed solely Perpetual Motion Food, the first bike known serious bike doping affair.
